It exists in order that students are able to draw the greatest benefit from the offerings of the instructional program of the schools and are aided in identifying options and making choices in personal, vocational, career, and academic educational planning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The RHS Profile can be found directly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutherfordschools.org\/media\/RHS\/guidance\/RHS-Profile.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">at this link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guidance Staff &amp; Information<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Rutherford High School Guidance Department supports the school\u2019s mission to help students focus on academic, personal\/social and career development so they achieve success in school and are prepared to lead fulfilling lives as responsible members of society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students are assigned to guidance counselors by the student\u2019s last name. Every attempt is made to retain the assignment of the same guidance counselor to a student throughout the student\u2019s high school career.
