There will also be attention given to manipulative skills like kicking, throwing, and catching. All activities will reinforce social goals such as safe participation, sharing, and cooperation.<br \/>\nThe third grade students\u2019 physical education program encompasses a large variety of team sports and lead-up games like soccer, speedball, baseball, and gymnastics. Social goals will again be reinforced with a heavy emphasis on sportsmanship.
