The AHERA regulations have been in effect for over twenty years. The designated person performs semi-annual inspections to monitor the Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) found in our schools. On a tri-annual basis the designated person surveys the facilities and updates the management plan in compliance with prevailing regulations. Our designated person and trained maintenance and custodial staff perform ongoing monitoring of conditions and are trained to report any changes in those conditions.The AHERA regulations have been in effect for over twenty years. Our AHERA Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) is available for public inspection in the building’s main office or in the Board of Education office.
