The plans were revised from the facility plan proposed in the 2018 referendum. The new plans cut nearly $12 million dollars of projects from the original proposal. Due to rising costs including increased tariffs, the net reduction is $7.6 million making the local share of the proposed $45 million dollar project approximately $35 million. The DOE has 90 days to review plans.
