Throughout his career, Mr. Frazier has been deeply involved at the local, state, and national levels in advancing high school athletics. He served on the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Board of Directors from 2020 to 2024 and held leadership roles within the North Jersey Interscholastic Conference (NJIC) as president, and on the Directors of Athletics Association of New Jersey (DAANJ) Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Mr. Frazier currently chairs both the NJSIAA Advisory Committee and the NJSIAA Controversies Committee. He previously led the NJSIAA Covid-19 Task Force and served as the NJSIAA Executive Committee President in 2012\u201313, with service on the Executive Committee from 2007 to 2014. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous other committees dedicated to the growth and integrity of high school sports across New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond athletics administration, Mr. Frazier is also the Supervisor of Health and Physical Education at RHS. He has served as a physical education teacher, head coach, and assistant coach across multiple sports at his alma mater.<br \/>\nMr. Frazier earned a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Physical Education from Manhattan College and a Master\u2019s Degree from Montclair State University. He became a Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) in 2004 and reached the designation of Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) in 2019. His professional accolades include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DAANJ Sectional Award of Merit (2016)<\/li>\n<li>NJIC Colonial Division Athletic Director of the Year (2019)<\/li>\n<li>Bergen County Athletic Director of the Year (2020)<\/li>\n<li>DAANJ Professional Development Award (2020)<\/li>\n<li>Manhattan College Distinguished Service Award (2022)<\/li>\n<li>Bergen County YMCA Person of the Year (2023)<\/li>\n<li>DAANJ Athletic Director of the Year (2023)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a student-athlete at Manhattan College, Mr. Frazier had an outstanding track and field career. He was a two-time Penn Relays Champion (1993, 1994), MAAC Champion, IC4A Champion, and an NCAA Division I All-American in the triple jump. He also competed professionally, earning a #1 ranking in New Jersey and a top-25 national ranking in the event. He later coached New Jersey\u2019s first state champion in the triple jump, Janek Augustynowicz (RHS Class of 2000).<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Frazier has been inducted into several halls of fame:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rutherford High School Athletic Hall of Fame (2002)<\/li>\n<li>Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame (2007)<\/li>\n<li>Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame &#8211; 1992 IC4A Championship Track Team (2017)<\/li>\n<li>Rutherford High School Athletic Hall of Fame &#8211; 1989 Championship Track Team (2020)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A passionate advocate for Education-Based Athletics, Mr. Frazier believes athletic participation fosters sportsmanship, leadership, accountability, and citizenship.
