What Is A Junior?

We are a service organization who gives back to our community in many ways.
We are made up of strong woman who have drive and ambition and have the volunteer spirit in our hearts.

Each and every Junior is special because we volunteer without hesitation and we search for no reward; we get more than we ever give by carrying those rewards in our hearts.

We are only a small part of our global community. But we can, in our small way, affect it.  We send supplies and toys overseas for the less fortunate; we give money to a small child for "Gift of Life" surgery that would not have been available in their home country.

On a local level, we help to build a strong and cohesive community that is essential to our quality of life. We give to our local emergency services, library, museums, woman's abuse shelter, food pantry and much, much more.

We get our children involved.  We supply them with their first volunteer experience which is the basis for their giving nature; they will, as an adult, give back to shadow our efforts.

We are friends and mentors to each other.  We offer support and friendship to our other members through our "Friendship Club" and through companionship.  We use our life experiences to pass on to each other valuable information to live our daily lives.

We understand that through our troubles in our own lives, reaching out and helping someone else can fulfill ourselves and the recipient emotionally and spiritually.  Opening up our hearts to others, reaps rewards that are indescribable.

We all work together toward common goals and as our club logo says, "If Everyone Does A Little, No One Does A Lot!”  We all do what we can, when we can.

We know that "Anyone can be great because anyone can serve"…ML. King
